On August 18, 1920, the 19th Amendment was passed in the United States. On that day, women gained the right to vote. Now, 100 years later, organizations across the nation celebrate this Centennial year by honoring the achievements of women, past and present.
The Friends of Laurel Hill & West Laurel Hill Cemeteries welcome you to this online exhibit that highlights sixteen notable women buried in our cemeteries. Learn their stories by clicking the online tour button below and visit their graves at our cemeteries.
