Goat walks are baaaack!
Our partners at the Philly Goat Project are reuniting with us this summer for community goat walks! Enjoy the outdoors, meet the goats, learn about our sustainability initiatives, and make new friends (two- and four-legged)!
Attendees will meet at West Laurel Hill Funeral Home for a walk around the cemetery with the opportunity to meet and walk the goats. Community goat walks are free and open to people of all ages, however kids under 10 must have an adult with them at all times. Walks last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. RSVP is recommended. These walks help spread the Philly Goat Project’s mission of providing unique services while practicing responsible environmentalism, respectful and humane treatment of all creatures, while creating a platform that brings really fun agricultural experiences to the urban landscape.
